Leadership Experience: Currently serve as Director and Board Vice-President for the Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District, with five years as Chair of the Eastern Management Area Ground Sustainability Agency, ensuring compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. Am a small business owner that is impacted by our high taxes in California and aim to redress it when elected.

2. Engineering Expertise: Aerospace and Defense engineer over five decades, contributing to revolutionary projects like the B-2a Stealth Bomber, Supersonic B-1b Bomber, and the Missile Defense Ground-based Interceptor. My engineering expertise will be an asset to the Equalization board, our community, and the state.

3. National Security Advocate: Track record of dedication to protecting the nation and supporting our servicemen and women.

4. Community Commitment: Focused on maintaining and upgrading vital infrastructure to keep Santa Ynez & CA vibrant and strong.

The SYRWCD manages ground and surface water in the Santa Ynez Valley. The SYCSD plays a vital role in maintaining our community’s quality of life by managing wastewater collection and treatment, overseeing solid waste and recycling, lighting, and protecting our local environment. By ensuring safe and efficient services, this special district safeguards public health and keeps our infrastructure strong, making it a cornerstone of our community’s well-being. By serving on both the SYCSD and SYRWCD, am uniquely positioned to ensure both boards make prudent decisions to safeguard critical infrastructure. Am ready to tackle our states problems to get it on the right track again.
