Am a small business owner and manage real estate owned in California.

Engineering Expertise: Aerospace and Defense engineer, contributing to revolutionary projects like the B-2a Stealth Bomber, Supersonic B-1b Bomber, and the Missile Defense Ground-based Interceptor (partial list). My engineering expertise is an asset to the SYRWCD board, the SYCSD, and our community in Santa Barbara County.

The SYCSD plays a vital role in maintaining our community’s quality of life by managing wastewater collection and treatment, overseeing solid waste and recycling, lighting, and protecting our local environment. By ensuring safe and efficient services, this special district safeguards public health and keeps our infrastructure strong, making it a cornerstone of our community’s well-being. By serving on both the SYCSD and SYRWCD, am uniquely positioned to ensure both boards make prudent decisions to safeguard critical infrastructure.
